REMODELING

Begin with the end in mind.

Our personalized service begins with your first call to our office to discuss your remodeling project.  Some clients know exactly what they want to accomplish, and can provide photos of looks they love, while others know the function they are looking for, but want professional design input as to the final form and finishes that will look as though their home had been built that way from conception! Our talented remodeling designers will work with you to create a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, in-law suite addition, or patio and deck addition that compliments your lifestyle and unique tastes. They will make the appointment to meet at your home and help you make the tough decisions that often require a designer’s touch. Tartan will help you design the floor plan, select cabinets, colors, tile and fixtures to create that uniquely personal space for you and your family.

After design decisions are made, construction begins. Our licensed contractors will tear out the old and install the new: plumbing, cabinetry, flooring, countertops, paint, trim, fixtures and glass, as required. Our project managers will keep you informed of the progress along the way.

Our goal is to make sure your remodel is one you'll be thrilled with and eager to show off to your family and friends. (Be sure to tag us on Facebook with any photos you post!) We also understand that if we offer you great service, you will tell your family, friends and associates about us and our business will grow. It’s a win, win for everyone.

Bathroom and kitchen remodels require more in-depth work with our designers and contractors, therefore there is a $150 fee for consultation with a designer and/or contractor on a small guest bathroom remodel and a $250 fee for a consultation on the master bathroom remodel or kitchen remodel.

Call (850) 994-9998 or contact us today, and let's design the kitchen, bath or full home remodel of your dreams! Serving PensacolaMiltonPace, Perdido Beach, Navarre, Gulf Shores, Cantonment, and surrounding Escambia County and Santa Rosa County, Florida.
